Registration is free and required. Registration is personal to you and the access details we send should not be shared publicly.
You are responsible for having a working computer or tablet and an internet connection suitable for a live video session.
The event and all related materials are provided for general educational purposes. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical or technical advice, and no particular result or outcome is promised.
Participants create images using their own free ChatGPT account. You are responsible for creating that account, for keeping your login secure and for following the terms of the provider of that service. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party AI services.
Presentation materials, slides, written content, branding and recordings from the event remain the property of Roy McCloud and Never Too Late AI. You may use them for your personal learning.
You may not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute event materials, or record or rebroadcast the session, without written permission.
During the event you agree not to harass other participants, disrupt the session, share offensive material, or use the session to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful or sexually explicit images. We may remove any participant who does so.
The event is delivered on Zoom, and email is delivered through third-party providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, technical problems or changes in those services.
We may reschedule, change the format of, or cancel the event. If that happens, we will notify registrants at the email address provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roy McCloud and Never Too Late AI are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the event, the website or any third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
If you choose to give mobile number consent, you may receive text-message reminders about the event. Consent is optional and is not a condition of registration.
